Gravel Locos

Gravel Locos Pueblo, September 30, 2023

We are very excited for the Pueblo Gravel Locos 2023 Race.

Last year was so much fun for the community volunteers. We met other neighbors, made new friends, joined in the post race celebrations, had a blast at the "After Party" and helped raise funds for our community Fire Department.

Please reach out to us on the "Contact Us" page of this website to find out how you can be a part of the fun.

Volunteer Sign-up

You can sign up now to join in the fun as a volunteer for the 9/30/2023 Gravel Locos Pueblo Event

Please sign up now through the link in the button below.

Once the specific roles and time frames are identified, Gravel Locos Organizers will reach out to discuss assignment preferences, but for now this is an important step to start the process. THANKS for your support!

Past Events - Gravel Locos Pueblo, October 1, 2022

Gravel Locos Pueblo 2022 was a gravel road bicycle race on 10/1/2022 with four courses of different length and challenge levels which traveled through our community. https://www.gravellocos.bike/

Gravel Locos selected RCVF&R as the recipient of their fundraising efforts to help us add a truck bay and add indoor plumbing, bathroom and maybe even a shower!

We received a $10,000 donation from Gravel Locos and they are helping promote our GoFund.me page to complete our goal.

RCVF&R and our community that we serve give our heartfelt thanks to Gravel Locos for including us in this exciting event and their generous contribution.

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped at Aid Stations, setup/cleanup, SAG vehicles and support! Everyone that I spoke with said that it was exciting and fun to be a part of and can't wait for next year's event.

The race began in Downtown Pueblo travels through Red Creek Ranch, up "12 Mile", past Bishop's Castle and made it's way through the San Isabels and back to Downtown Pueblo.

There were four different routes (from 30 to 150 miles) on the Gravel Locos Routes Page https://www.gravellocos.bike/pueblo#routes
